| Résumé | On 3 January 2018 a decree modifying the conditions for the creation, transfer, grouping and sale of a community pharmacy was adopted. This text, pursuant to the law modernising the French health system, modifies and specifies the conditions for the organisation of the network of pharmacies across a territory.
