Résumé

The paper presents a state of the art of multilevel models for traffic and transportation modeling and simulation using holonic multi-agent approach. After an introduction and presentation of holonic principles, concepts and framework, the paper summarizes research works on traffic models using holonic multi-agent systems. Then a discussion is given, in particular, a rationale of holonic systems in modeling and simulation of traffic and transportation and open issues are given. (C) 2018 The Authors.
