Résumé | 18-FDG-PET (PET) performed after 2 to 4 cycles of chemotherapy, allows predicting the outcome of diffuse large B cell and Hodgkin lymphoma patients. Interim PET is currently assessed in many clinical trials to guide the treatment strategy. While this approach remains to be validated, the risk-adapted strategy based on interim PET might completely modify the management of DLBCL and HL patients in routine practice during the next years.
