| Résumé | For over 10 years, HER2-directed therapy has shown a revolutionary improvement in the prognosis of breast cancer, making such treatment the backbone of the management. Despite the benefit, a resistance process could appear during the treatment and novel therapeutics strategies have been developed and have proved their efficacy. This article describes the therapeutic management of HER2 positive metastatic breast cancer, its therapeutic evolution, and the ongoing clinical trials. |
