Résumé

A collaboration between the dietician of the department of Doubs and the Franche Comte allergology Network (RAFT), has made it possible to train all the staff of Doubs colleges to the reception of allergic food students in schools restorations, as well as the display of allergens according to the INCO regulation. Several surveys conducted of participants revealed a high level of satisfaction with this training, as well as a 100% allergen display rate in colleges, two years after the sessions.
