Résumé | Cell culture is an alternative method to animal dermis use in drug screening. This one became essential since Europe Commission interdicted animal testing. In this context the aim of our study is to manufacture a low cost bio-device with a high the sensitivity of detection that will permit us to understand the mechanical behavior of equivalent dermis. This biodevice is describe by the rectangular membrane integrating the grids or microcantilevers with piezoresistivity as the detection mechanism. It has been fabricated using micromachining technology. We will more detailed these optimization biodevices through the full length paper and the first characterization results will be provided. |
