Résumé

As psychologists in oncology, we need to consider the impact of personal loss in clinical and institutional practices. Recent studies show that bereavement is rare in the workplace and that work is considered as a ``health provider'' allowing to escape the suffering of loss. While patient grief is often addressed in the literature, what about the impact of personal bereavement on practices and what meaning is given to the virtual absence of studies on this issue?
