{This study examined the role of social and organisationnal support in the relationship between emloyee perceptions of information communication and technology (ICT) demands and psychological well-being. Civil service employees (N = 162) in a large public institution in Gabon were participants (female = 38.3%; managers = 31.5%; age range 25 to 42 and over; mean period of tenure = 20 years
