While some clinical practices, in view of the development of legislation on the end-of-life, are or will be faced with ``a request for death'' by the patient, the concept of transgression appears central in both its denomination and its consideration in the heart of the clinical action and its evaluation, to qualify the ethical issues of a possible answer.
