It could be useful to propose some prospective views or trails concerning the Imperial cult in the Roman East. This paper aims to point out the necessity to link the roles played by mythology, religious rituals and socio-political structures in the celebration and organization of the Imperial cult in this region of the ancient world, from imaginary representations to prayers and networks.
