| Résumé | Spontaneous spleen rupture with no recent report of trauma is an extremely rare and life-threatening cause of intraperitoneal hemorrhage. We present the first case of an atraumatic pathological splenic rupture following alteplase thrombolysis for ischemic stroke. |
