Résumé

This article presents an analysis of the interactive and attachment profiles of children with pediatric diseases that may induce eating disorders. This research stems from a broader project within the child psychiatry department of the Necker Children's Hospital, PILE (Programme International sur le Langage de l'Enfant, Golse 2006). Overall, the results indicate more eating disorders in this cohort than in the general population. The degree of dietary problems is associated with less ``harmonious'' interactive styles, except for a specific subpopulation of children with methylmalonic acidemia and OTC (ornithine carbamoyltransferase) deficiency.
