Résumé | There are many barriers to thinking about the appropriateness of artificial nutrition in people with advanced cancer when deciding whether to initiate, continue or stop it. The weight of beliefs, representations, activist postures, and habits combined with the inadequacy good practice recommendations make it necessary to define the methodological steps of a collective decision-making process. This process can be likened to an ethical approach practised in mindfullness. (C) 2020 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved. |
