Résumé

The author proposes a reflexion about the link between her therapeutic practice and research on the presence of << sound >>, << the sound object >> in clinical work with subjects impeded in their methods of access to symbolisation and narration. Her desire is to support the creation of narrativity and its subjectifying function when it stems from the elaboration of trauma. She reconsiders the necessary return to bodily figurations and to shapes that she labels << sensori-sonorous shapes >> in psychotherapies so as to foster a << common space for play and liberty >>, a veritable transitional space and place of transformation which serves as a prerequisite for activating the processes necessary for any development and psychic creation. She considers the contribution of music therapy which is proposed in some cases as a << sound medium >> but the author's principal concern is about the necessary conditions for the establishment of a transitional space within which the patient and the analyst can create a co-constructed musicality.
