Résumé | Femtosecond laser ablation of stainless steel material was studied. For dynamic scanning an analytical model of metal ablation volume calculation is proposed and confronted to experimental results. According to the model, depth of the ablated surface can be predicted with respect to the laser settings and dynamic processing parameters. |
